About: The Law Office of Neal E. Bartlett
About Neal E. Bartlett Neal E. Bartlett grew up in Simi Valley, California and received his undergraduate degree in Business Management, cum laude, from California Lutheran University (Thousand Oaks, California). While completing his undergraduate degree, Neal also worked as a supervisor and manager in Remittance Processing for a major mortgage company. Following graduation from CLU, he moved to Fort Worth, Texas, where he was Vice President in Remittance Processing until leaving to pursue his law degree.
Neal received his Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law (Eugene, Oregon), where he was on the editorial board of the Oregon Law Review. During his time in law school, Neal organized a symposium for the law review honoring the sesquicentennial of the Oregon State Constitution; completed an internship in the chambers of the Hon. Charles D. Carlson at the Lane County Circuit Court (Eugene, Oregon); and completed a second internship at the Douglas County District Attorney’s office (Roseburg, Oregon), where he handled several jury trials as a student prosecutor.
Following law school, Neal returned to California and now resides in Carpinteria. He is admitted to the State Bar of California, the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California, and is a member of the Santa Barbara Bar Association.
