The Law Office of Neal E. Bartlett is a general practice law office based in Santa Barbara County and offering legal services to clients throughout California. Too often, people fail to obtain competent legal representation because of the expense involved in hiring an attorney. I strive to keep costs under control and, to help reduce expenses, I do not maintain a traditional office--those savings are reflected in the reduced rates that I am able to offer my clients. I have found that most work can be completed over the phone, fax, mail, or email. However, if you live in Santa Barbara or Ventura Counties, I am also able to travel to your office or home at a time that is convenient for you-–days, evenings, and even weekends.
