For the convenience and protection of my clients, I accept Visa and Mastercard; I also accept checks sent by mail and frequently offer additional discounts to clients who pay by check. Estate Planning Specials

Through July, all estate planning packages are offered at a 33% discount to normal prices. All estate planning packages include direct consultation via phone or online with me, the estate planning document(s), recording documents, pour-over will(s) (if applicable), durable power(s) of attorney, health care directive(s), and a certificate of trust (for trust packages) delivered to you in an estate planning binder for safekeeping.

Business Entities

Through July, all LLC packages are offered at a 15% discount to normal prices. All formation packages include direct consultation via phone or online with me to determine the best structure for your business, custom documents to get your business off the ground, and I will register your business with the state.
